The son of Ferrari founder Enzo Ferrari, Piero Ferrari has announced it will buy a stake in Pininfarina along with two other investors involved in automotive industry: Alberto Bombassei, chairman of Brembo, and the Marsiaj family, founders of seatbelt maker Sabelt.
