Fisker has responded to Tesla that sued the coachbuilder for stealing design and trade secrets by asking a California court to arbitrate over the matter.

Tesla has announced that it will start selling the roadster in Europe at the end of 2009 at a price of £79,000/€100,000, but don’t rush for your chequebook as the Roadster won’t be available in the UK.
